With over 25 years of experience in real estate and deep roots in Southern Maryland, Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Home Towne Real Estate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary’s College before beginning her career designing kitchens and bathrooms.

Cindy was first introduced to the real estate industry in 2001 as a receptionist, quickly developing a passion for the field. In April 2003, she earned her real estate license and soon partnered with her father, an established REALTOR®, to form “The Spigler Team.” Together, they built a successful partnership that lasted 12 years.

Cindy later joined Home Towne Real Estate, where she now serves as the Apprentice Agent Mentor and Office Manager. Based out of the California office, she supports agents across multiple locations, sharing her experience and enthusiasm to help new licensees feel confident and excited as they launch their real estate careers.

Family is at the heart of everything Cindy does. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have three children, ages 27, 26, and 16. Outside of real estate, Cindy enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and cheering on her youngest at marching band and theater events.

Cindy’s passion for real estate and dedication to mentoring others make her an invaluable part of the Home Towne Real Estate team.
