Kevin's worked with and for small businesses since his days in high school, and fell in love with leading a real estate brokerage while still in college.

Kevin is a member of seven REALTOR associations and has served at various levels of leadership of the Maryland REALTORS and Southern Maryland Association of Realtors as President, Chair, District VP, and committee member.
