| Kevin Turner - President |

Kevin joined Home Towne Real Estate when it was created in January 2004. He is a graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland in Computer Science. Kevin has served as assistant, Realtor, Training Manager, IT Specialist, Operations Manager and IT Director for Home Towne Real Estate and in April 2008 was named President and CEO.
Kevin has since led the creation of Home Towne University, a separate training arm of the Home Towne Family with over 70 courses including over 25 continuing education classes.
Kevin is a certified Top Producer Professional, certified Google Apps Professional, and certified to teach over 25 continuing education classes for the state of Maryland. Kevin is a member of Southern Maryland Chaper of the MLTA, and the Legislative and Forms committees for the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. Kevin has been certified by the National Computer Science Academy in: PC Basics (Master), Microsoft Word 2000 (Master), Microsoft Word 2002 (Master), Microsoft Office 2000 (Master), Microsoft Excel 2000, Microsoft Excel 2002, Microsoft Office XP, Computer Hardware Technician, HTML 4.0, Microsoft Powerpoint 2000, Microsoft Excel 2002, and Windows XP Professional.

Karen has been Broker/Owner of Home Towne Real Estate since its inception in January of 2004. Having been a licensed Realtor in Southern Maryland for over 20 years, Karen’s expertise is not only with waterfront properties and single family homes but also in commercial properties and horse farms. She is a Member of the Southern Maryland Board of Realtors Hall of Fame and holds Real Estate licenses for VA, DE, as well as Washington DC.
Her designations include: GRI – Graduate of Realtors Institute (Residential, Commercial, Brokerage, Investment Properties, Property Management)
CRS – Certified Real Estate Specialist (New Homes, Land, Residential, Commercial)
ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative (Residential & Commercial)
